ABOUT THE VENUE

Venue Description – The Great American Concerts venue is an open field with no overhead cover and minimal shade. Events take place rain or shine. Umbrellas, canopies, and tents are not permitted within the venue. If Standing Room Only tickets are available, then camping-style chairs will be permitted. Chairs cannot exceed 3ft in width and 3ft in depth.

Alcohol
The venue offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current NH Driver’s License, NH liquor ID, U.S. Passport, National ID, or Military ID which indicates the person is 21 years of age or older will be required. Out-of-state licenses, licenses from foreign countries, ID’s or passports are acceptable only if the person is 21 years of age or older and the authenticity of their credentials can be verified via our computer scanning device. Guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase. We will not serve more than two (2) alcoholic beverages at one time to each person and we reserve the right to limit service at any time.

All Access Passes
All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit www.ticketmaster.com to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.

Animals – Service
Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted.

ATM’s
There is NOT an ATM onsite.

Automobile Assistance
If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. Great American Concerts does not have tow or lockout services on site.

Bag Inspections
All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Bag size is defined as an individual clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” with a single compartment (no backpacks) and/or small clutch bag (4.5” x 6.5”).
Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

Banners and Signs
Signs larger than 8.5″ x 11″ in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

Bicycle Parking
There are no bike racks on site. Bikes are parked at owner’s risk. All bikes must be removed by the end of the event. Great American Concerts is not responsible for lost or stolen bicycles.

Box Office
Due to the ongoing global pandemic, and to protect the health and safety of our guests and venue staff members, the box office at Great American Concerts will be open on-day-of-show only. If you’d like to purchase tickets, please visit us at www.ticketmaster.com. If you’re looking to obtain a refund for a show that was either canceled, postponed or rescheduled, please visit us at www.ticketmaster.com for more information. We look forward to seeing you at our next show.

Camera Policy
The standard venue policy allows camera phones. Disposable cameras, small digital cameras, and any camera that has a detachable lens will not be allowed in. Artists performing at a Great American Concerts venue do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

Cell Phones
Generally cell phones are permitted in the venue. On occasions, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed due to artist requests.

Children
All of our events are age 5 and up and require a ticket. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (21+).

Conceal and Carry
Great American Concerts does not allow weapons on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.

Concessions
Great American Concerts offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue.

Credit / Debit Cards
All main concession stands take Visa/MasterCard/Discover/American Express. Smaller stands and portable concessions may be cash only.
Merchandise stands accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express.

Digital Ticketing
Ticketmaster tickets are digital. Please ensure the account holder has their phone available to present the tickets at the entrance. Should there be any issues, please visit our Box Office located near the front entrance.

Drinking Water
Water is available for purchase in the Concessions Area.

Entrance Gates
There is one main set of entry gates to the facility, and they are available for use for all Public Admission Tickets. The VIP Express has a separate entry gate located near the Biergarten. All guests using this gate must be VIP Express guests and have the appropriate ticket.

Gate Times
Gate times vary, but are usually one hour prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times.

Group Ticket Sales
Great American Concerts does not offer group ticket sales.

Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction without refund. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.

Guests with Disabilities
Great American Concerts strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here please make sure you let us know.
Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.ticketmaster.com.
Day of Show Parking- Great American Concerts does not control any on-site parking for guests, with the exception of VIP or Premium Parking. Accessible Parking is available at the parking lot next to the event.
Accessible Stations- if you have questions or need assistance on-site, please visit the Box Officer prior to entry.
Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through www.ticketmaster.com to exchange all tickets for accessible. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Items ALLOWED to be brought in to venue:
ONLY small clutches, wristlets, or fanny packs no bigger than 4.5”x6.5” OR clear plastic bags NO BIGGER than 12″x12″x6” will be allowed inside

Lost and Found
If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit the Box Office to see if it has been turned in. If you want to inquire about a lost item after the event day, please email info@greateventsusa.com

Maps and Directions
FROM Manchester, NH: Follow I-293 South/Frederick E. Everett Turnpike. Take exit 10 for Industrial Dr toward US-10. Turn left onto Industrial Dr. Use the left lane to turn left onto US-3 N (Daniel Webster Hwy.)

FROM Boston, MA: Follow I-93 North. Take exit 28B to merge onto I-95 S toward Waltham. Take exit 50A-50B for US-3 N/Middlesex Turnpike toward Lowell/Burlington. Keep left to continue toward US-3 N. Keep right at the fork to continue on Exit 50A, follow signs for I-95 S/US-3 N/Lowell. Continue onto US-3 N. Continue onto Everett Turnpike. Take exit 10 for Industrial Dr toward US-10. Turn right onto Industrial Dr. Use the left lane to turn left onto US-3 N (Daniel Webster Hwy.)

Medication Needs
It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.

Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Merchandise booth. All concert merchandise is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended. Merchandise stands accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express.

Parking
Parking is available for Great American Concerts patrons onsite at a cost of $20 per vehicle. Signs will be posted to assist patrons with parking.

Police Assistance
Local law enforcement are on site for every event. On Duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor will we secure them.

Premium / VIP Seating
VIP or Premium seats tickets can be purchased online via www.ticketmaster.com.

Re-Entry
Re-Entry is not permitted at Great American Concerts Venues. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave at any point in the evening – you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.

Recycling
Great American Concerts participates in a venue wide recycling program. You will find recycling bins located though-out the venue. Please recycle where possible.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located in vicinity of the seating areas and concession areas.

Scalping Tickets
Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

Security
Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing orange vests and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

Security Procedures
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using hand held metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please visit the Box Office and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors.

Service Animals
Like many venues and other large places of assembly, Great American Concerts has a “no pets” policy. However, TicketMaster’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals. Great American Concerts’ policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.

Great American Concerts requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective means.

Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the venue.

Sponsorship / Hand Outs
All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office at sales@greateventsusa.com. Any handouts or presence on site needs to be cleared with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site you will be escorted off property.

Strollers
Are not permitted because the venue does not have space for them to be stored.

Taping
Audio and/or Video recording is not permitted

Traffic
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages.

Umbrellas
Umbrellas are not permitted within the venue.

How to Unlock Promo Codes on TicketMaster

To use an Unlock Code on TicketMaster, look in the top right corner of the screen. Just next to the number of tickets that you can purchase is an “Unlock” box. Click on the box and enter any special passcodes or promo codes that you have been given, and this will enable additional discount ticket options.

 

 

 

 

 

Upgrades
Upgrades are available through www.ticketmaster.com

VIP Express
Anyone with a VIP Express can enjoy the private VIP Biergarten Lounge on show night. The VIP Biergarten Lounge opens one hour prior to the main gates. The VIP Biergarten Lounge is an informal restaurant/bar that is open to all ages. The VIP Biergarten Lounge features air-conditioned restrooms and features an upgraded beverage menu.

Weather
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.
An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.

Will Call
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you – they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

Opening Acts / Festival Acts

Opening acts, guests, or undercards (each an “Opening Act”) may sometimes tour with headlining performers. We are not always made aware of Opening Acts or the length of their performances. Opening Acts, as well as festival performers, are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if an Opening Act or festival performer is changed or canceled.
